Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Mirabae Food Noise Coach and the Mirabae websites, operated by Trendico LLC. By using the app you agree to them.

1. What Mirabae is, and what it is not

Mirabae provides wellness education, habit support, and self-reflection tools around appetite and "food noise". Mirabae is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician, therapist, or dietitian. If you have or suspect an eating disorder, or any medical condition, please seek qualified professional help. In a crisis, contact your local emergency services.

2. Your account

You sign in with a secure email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Mirabae.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are sold and billed through our payment partner Whop. Prices, billing period, and cancellation are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime through your Whop account; your access then runs until the end of the paid period. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected. Digital content (such as the Appetite Recode guide) is delivered immediately, so withdrawal rights may not apply once delivery has begun, where permitted by law.

4. Private coaching

Private coaching is a separate, application-based offer. Spots are limited and we may decline applications, including when we believe coaching is not the right level of support for your situation. Coaching is wellness coaching, not therapy or medical treatment. Specific terms (schedule, price, refunds) are confirmed in writing before the engagement starts.

5. Fair use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other users' data, no scraping, reselling, or reverse engineering, and no uploading of harmful content.

6. Content and intellectual property

All app content, methods, names, and materials belong to Trendico LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active. Your own journal entries and check-in data remain yours.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendico LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may improve or change the app over time. If we change these terms materially, we will notify you (by email or in the app) before the change takes effect. If you continue using Mirabae after that, the new terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
